Shipping policy

All items from From Jess With Joy are handmade with care and shipped from Ontario, Canada.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days, unless otherwise stated. During busy seasons or collection launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Orders are shipped using Canada Post. If Canada Post services are unavailable or experiencing disruptions, orders will be shipped using Purolator to ensure your package arrives safely.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available). Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and are the responsibility of the carrier once the package has been handed over.

While every effort is made to ensure your order arrives safely, From Jess With Joy is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside of my control.
